YOUR PRIVACY IS IMPORTANT US

You provide important information about yourself to a variety of businesses and organizations. The same is true when you do business with our financial institution. You're asked to provide us with certain personal information that helps us give you better service and complete your transactions more effectively.

We, our and us, when used in this notice, means Town Square Bank.
This is our privacy notice for our customers. When we use the words "you" and "your" we mean the following types of customers:

  • All of our consumer customers who have a continuing relationship with us, such as:
    • Deposit account
    • Loan account
    • Safe deposit box
  • All former customers

We will tell you the sources of the information we collect about you. We will tell you what measures we take to secure that information. We first define some terms.

Nonpublic personal information does not include information that is available from public sources, such as telephone directories or government records. We do not disclose any information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law. Examples of this might be disclosures necessary to service your account or prevent unauthorized transactions.

INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE TO OUR AFFILIATES

We may disclose non-public personal information about you to our affiliates. Federal law allows us to share transactional and experience information from our account records about you to our affiliates. You may not choose to opt out of having this information disclosed. The type of affiliates we may disclose nonpublic personal information to, are financial service providers, such as our Mortgage Company and non-financial companies, such as our title company. The categories of information we may disclose are name, address, account balances, account activity, types of accounts, payment history and deposit history.

INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE TO SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform processing services for us, such as credit card processing. Our contracts require service providers to maintain the confidentiality of the information provided and strictly prohibits the information from being used for any purposes other than those for which the information is disclosed or as otherwise permitted by law.

THE CONFIDENTIALITY, SECURITY, AND INTEGRITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We restrict access to information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect this information.

INFORMATION ABOUT FORMER CUSTOMERS

We have the same policy about disclosing information about former customers as we do about current customers.
